The Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, place of artistic and musical excellence, opens its doors to those who may want to know more closely its activity at the heart of Roman cultural life. The guided tours, through the most significant rooms of the Theatre, will lead visitors to discover its history in a unique experience which will also illustrate the necessary steps to set up the performance.
The journey inside the Theatre will touch its best rooms: the Foyer, the Stalls, the Royal Box, the Gallery and a precious Museum. The guide will illustrate the historical and architectural changes since 1880, relaying anecdotes on the protagonists and artists who performed on our stage.
The visits will be in Italian and English and last around one hour. The tour is step-free except for two areas (Royal Box and Gallery).
