The Fondazione Teatro dell’Opera di Roma would like to inform its patrons of the various options set out for them with reference to the tickets purchased for the 2020 summer season at the Terme di Caracalla. In the light of the current ministerial provisions several performances could not be rescheduled and performed in the current year.
By sending an email to ufficio.biglietteria@operaroma.it holders of tickets for the performances of Strictly Gershwin, The Barber of Seville, Aida, and The Merry Widow, may obtain a voucher (of the same amount of the cost of the ticket ), to be used within eighteen months of issuance. The voucher is valid for all scheduled performances. Here are the dates of the shows scheduled at the Terme di Caracalla in 2020:

The Twelve Notes concerts for voice, soloists, orchestra and chorus with Claudio Baglioni scheduled for June 2021 are postponed to the Summer of 2022. Below are the new dates for the rescheduled performances:
June 03, 2022 (instead of June 6, 2020 and June 4, 2021)
June 04, 2022 (instead of June 7, 2020 and June 5, 2021)
June 05, 2022 (instead of June 8, 2020 and June 6, 2021)
June 07, 2022 (instead of June 9, 2020 and June 8, 2021)

June 09, 2022 (instead of June 11, 2020 and June 10, 2021)

Tickets already purchased remain valid for the shows programmed for next year (2022). Patrons can enjoy the show by showing up directly with their ticket, without any other formality.
Claudio Baglioni concerts are produced and organized by Friends & Partners in collaboration with the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma.
The Roberto Bolle and Friends show, scheduled in 2020 at the Terme di Caracalla and postponed to July 13 and 14, 2021 will be rescheduled for the Summer of 2022. Those who have already purchased tickets for the show will be able to use the same ticket, which will be valid for the dates of July 12 and 13, 2022 at the Terme di Caracalla. Holders of tickets not interested in that dates, by sending an email to ufficio.biglietteria@operaroma.it may obtain a voucher (of the same amount of the cost of the ticket), to be used within eighteen months of issuance. The voucher is valid for all scheduled performances.
The concert Rome 2021 by Andrea Bocelli scheduled on June 21, 2021 at the Terme di Caracalla is postponed to June 10, 2023. The Andrea Bocelli concert is produced and organised by Friends & Partners in collaboration with Teatro dell’Opera di Roma. The ticket will be valid for the concert of June 10, 2023 ( recovery of the show scheduled on June 21, 2020 and on June 21, 2021).
With reference to the concert Unlimited Live by David Garrett – scheduled in Caracalla in 2020 and rescheduled on July 26, 2021, detailed information will be provided shortly. David Garrett’s tour is organized in collaboration with International Music and Arts.
Finally, those who have purchased tickets for the Vinicio Capossela Bestiario d’Amore concert rescheduled at the Terme di Caracalla on June 23, 2021, will be contacted directly by Ticketone.
