Teatro dell’Opera di Roma informs that – in accordance with 4 March Government Decree – in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 virus, the following scheduled performances are suspended:
The Corsair
Thursday 5, Friday 6, Saturday 7, Sunday 8 March
Turandot
Tuesday 24 (Anteprima Giovani), Wednesday 25, Friday 27, Saturday 28, Sunday 29, Tuesday 31 March, Wednesday 1, Thursday 2, Friday 3, Saturday 4, Sunday 5 April
Refunds may be requested within 30 days of the cancelled performance date.
Refund methods:
a) for tickets purchased online, on the official website ticketone.it, the amount will automatically be refunded on the ticket holder’s account;
b) tickets purchased at TicketOne Sale Points must be returned to the same Point;
c) for tickets purchased at the Theatre Box Office, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer following the handing-in of the original coupon and bank details to the Box Office (Piazza Beniamino Gigli), open on Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
